370 Celeron/Pentium III POS SBC Introduced by Advantech
Advantech
is introducing a new POS (Point of Sale) SBC designed for special OEM
and other high-end multimedia applications. The POS-760F is a powerful
addition to the Advantech POS SBC line. The POS-760F utilizes a LPX form
factor (Socket 370) design that supports CeleronTM
processors up to 500 MHz as well as provides 100 MHz FSB bus support for
Pentium® III processors.

Quality TV-out Capability

Co. Ltd. continues to expand its product line by introducing an exciting
new low-power 3.5" HDD-size SBC with an on-board 586-level processor
and TV-out capability. Based on the already successful PCM-5820E SBC,
the new PCM-5822 has added a powerful state-of-the-art TV-out function
that is a cost-effective solution that provides better signal transmission
quality to TV screens over longer distances than regular LCD displays.

participates in the QNX Partners Program, our new QNX-compatible PCM-5820
Series product is a 3.5" Palm-size SBC with an on-board 586 class
NS GXM-233 or low-power GXM-200 processor. On-board features include VGA/LCD,
LVDS, Audio, 10/100Base-T Ethernet and a CompactFlashTM card socket. QNX
can be booted from the IDE interface CompactFlashTM card, eliminating
the need for a hard drive. This board is a feature-packed solution for
space critical applications.

on February 24th in Hannover, Germany. The Advantech Embedded Computing
